The Crying stone of Ilesi is located 44 kilometers north from Kisumu town and about 1 hour direct express drive from it.

Its 6 kilometers south of Kakamega town about 10 minutes drive from it.

Ancient pre -historic megalithic structure. “Stone capped Menhir” Height: 17-18 meters tall. 59 ft.

Age: About 5542 years to date.

Related to; lines de Carnac, Callanish, Stonehenge, Sacsayhuaman, Huacas, Gobekli Tepe, among others.
